The app freezes almost every time I open it, and I’ve already lost my logged results twice. It’s seriously frustrating when I’m just trying to keep up with daily tracking. Support keeps giving those generic “sorry for the inconvenience” responses too, which just makes it more annoying when the issue still isn’t fixed

"Cycle tracking felt like extra work"
I wanted this to make tracking my cycle easier, but it felt like I had to do a lot of double-checking myself. It logged my periods fine, but the predictions were hit or miss, and my fertile window kept shifting around so much that I couldn’t really trust it. The charts also weren’t super clear unless you already know exactly what you’re looking at. It’s not awful, but I definitely wouldn’t rely on it by itself...
"LH strips were kind of all over the place"
I’m not sure if it was me, the timing, or the strips, but these were really confusing. I’d test and get a dark line, then later the same day it would be basically nothing, then I’d start second-guessing everything. Tracking ovulation is already a little stressful, so having results jump around like that didn’t help. Maybe they work better for other people, but I don’t really trust them now.

"Good idea, but the scanning can be finicky"
The app is decent overall, but scanning my test results has been really hit or miss. I noticed the reading would change depending on the lighting, even if I was taking the picture in the same spot on my kitchen counter. I ended up retaking photos a bunch of times just to get something that seemed right. It can be helpful here and there, but it doesn’t feel reliable enough for me to fully trust it.

I used the premom pregnancy tests and got faint positives twice, which really got my hopes up and stressed me out. Then I had a blood test done and also tried another brand, and both came back negative. It was really confusing and upsetting, and now I don’t feel like I can trust these tests. Has anyone else had this happen with premom? I really wish I hadn’t wasted my money.

My first impression wasn’t great. The ovulation dates felt off, and the app missed my peak a few times, which was frustrating when I was relying on it to be more accurate.

"BBT tracking didn’t really click for me"
I really wanted Premom to work well for BBT tracking, but for me it ended up feeling more frustrating than useful. Sometimes my temps didn’t seem to save right away, and a couple times the chart looked off after I added a note, which made me second-guess what I was looking at.
It might be fine if you just need a simple spot to enter temps, but I personally expected the whole thing to feel a little more reliable and easy to read. I found myself opening other apps to compare charts because I didn’t fully trust what Premom was showing me

"I’ve been using the app for a bit..."
I’ve been using the app for a bit, it’s fine for basic tracking, but the subscription just doesn’t feel worth what they’re charging. Most of the features I use are standard, and after paying, I didn’t really feel like I was getting much extra. I’ve reached the point where I’d want someone from support or the billing team to seriously review the value of the paid plan, because right now it feels overpriced for what’s actually included.

"Still can’t get into my account"
I’ve been trying to log in for days and it keeps telling me my details are wrong, even though I’m sure they’re right. The reset email took ages to come through too, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. What’s really annoying is there doesn’t seem to be any actual human to talk to, just automated stuff going in circles. I just need to get to my information, and this has been way more difficult than it should be.

i used Premom for a few cycles hoping it would help me feel more on top of things, but the fertility insights just didn’t really match what I was noticing with my own body. It kept shifting my fertile window around, which ended up making me feel more confused instead of reassured.
The app was fine for logging tests and keeping everything in one place, but the predictions felt hit or miss to me. After a while, I trusted my own notes more than the app, so it just wasn’t worth it for me

"Packaging was only okay"
The box showed up dented, which was a little annoying, but luckily everything inside was fine. Still, it feels like one of those policy loopholes where as long as the item isn’t actually broken, nobody really takes responsibility for rough packaging or handling. Overall, it worked out, but the packaging could definitely be better.

"Shipping was a lot slower than I expected"
I ordered from premom.com assuming it would ship quickly, since most sites like this usually get things moving within a few days. But the shipping ended up taking way longer than I thought it would. The tracking barely changed, so I kept assuming maybe it just hadn’t scanned yet, but nope, it was just really slow. It finally arrived much later than expected, which was frustrating because this is the kind of stuff you usually need on time.

I used to think this place was a decent deal, but they’ve kind of priced themselves out for what you actually get. The quality is fine, but not enough to justify what they’re charging now.
